The Hot House
Where you form your team.
The Hot House is our official Kick-Off event for Co-Founders taking place between February 2nd – 3rd 2024*.
You will have a chance to meet your cohort, take part in some activities together to see how people work and think, and begin the process of creating a team together.
It's a real one-of-a-kind type of environment - where we want to facilitate networking as well as give you as much of a ‘feel’ as possible for how the other people solve problems. We support this with a document containing background information of everyone attending and we also upload pre-made pitches and presentations.
It’s high-paced, competitive, and hopefully an energising experience for all involved.

Idea Bootcamp
An introduction to the learnings you’ll gain from Co-Founders.
The Idea Bootcamp is a follow on from the Hot House taking place on February 17th 2024*.
The tone of this session is different – it functions as an introduction to Design Thinking as well as an insight into the thinking methods we employ on co-founders.
At this point you’ll still probably be forming teams with potential co-founders, so once again, this is not a lecture. You’ll be participating in group activities, and we’ll run a range of different ideation activities.
In this workshop you’ll have the opportunity to use the diverse perspectives within your team to supercharge and stress test the idea you will take forward into the programme, consider its commercial potential and possible customers.
